1、 You and the lawyer you want to entrust must sign a formal written contract, which must have the official seal of the law firm and your signature; If entrusted by the unit, the unit seal must also be affixed.
2、 Your agency fee must be paid to the law firm, not to the lawyer you have appointed; After paying the agency fee, please remember to request a formal invoice issued by the law firm.
3、 Do not give additional compensation or gifts to the lawyer you have appointed in addition to the agency fee.
4、 If you are unclear about the content or meaning of the contract signed with the law firm, please make sure to inquire with the lawyer before signing the contract.
5、 Before signing the contract, you must ask the handling lawyer to remind you of the risks of litigation or non litigation legal affairs.
6、 After signing the contract, please actively cooperate with the handling lawyer to understand the basic situation of the case and provide authentic relevant materials and evidence to the handling lawyer. If the client conceals the facts, the lawyer has the right to refuse to defend or represent.
7、 If the matters entrusted by the client are illegal, or if the services provided by the lawyer are used to engage in illegal activities, the lawyer has the right to refuse to defend or represent.
8、 If the principal terminates the commission contract midway without justifiable reasons, waives the relevant rights of the commission matters due to the principal's own reasons, or reconciles with the other party on their own, it shall be deemed that the lawyer has provided the services as agreed, and the paid lawyer service fee shall not be refunded.
9、 If you find that the lawyer you entrust violates professional ethics and professional discipline, please contact our disciplinary department in a timely manner.
